Jennifer is an accomplished and versatile freelance editor and writer involved
in book publishing for more than fifteen years. Her professional
experience in both marketing and editing gives her a comprehensive
understanding of the publishing process from concept to finished
product. Jennifer is proficient in developmental and substantive
editing, copy editing, and proofreading, routinely editing nonfiction,
fiction, academic, gift, devotional, poetry, curriculum, young adult,
and children’s titles for several prominent Christian book publishers.
Fifteen
titles Jennifer edited have been finalists for the Evangelical
Christian Publishing Association’s prestigious Christian Book Award,
including seven winners: Being the Body (Charles Colson), Footprints of a Pilgrim (Ruth Bell Graham), My Heart's Desire (David Jeremiah), Resurrection (Hank Hannegraff), A Table in the Presence (Lt. Carey Cash), Love and Respect (Emerson Eggerichs), and Traveling Light (Max Lucado). She also edited Searching for Heaven on Earth by David Jeremiah, winner of the ECPA Charles "Kip" Jordon Book of the Year Award.
Jennifer graduated summa cum laude
with a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University and
completed her master’s studies at Southwestern Baptist Theological
Seminary. She lives in Fort Worth, Texas, where she enjoys being a
