Dianne Scent

Substantive Editor, Writer, and Proofreader

Dianne is a freelance editor and writer in Maryville, Tennessee. She writes a biweekly "Faith Today" column for The Daily Times and speaks at area churches about living a passionate faith.


     Dianne’s 25-year career in publishing includes work as an acquisitions editor at Wiley Law, a managing editor at both Aspen Law and Business and Transaction Publishers, a copy editor for Cambridge University Press, and many years as a freelance proofreader for Zondervan and Thomas Nelson.

Dianne loves the mountains of her new home in Tennessee and enjoys hiking with her husband, David. She is the mother of one grown son, Ben, an editor at Bloomberg News in Hong Kong.
